CRISTEC YPOWER chargers can deliver their full power at temperatures of up to 60°C. These chargers can thus be installed in extremely hot environments, such as an engine compartment.
Features
High AC operating range
CRISTEC is one of the few manufacturers to offer a wide AC operating range of 90 V – 265 V, which means that the charger can be used anywhere in the world and is therefore extremely popular with round the world sailors. A standardised WAGO WINSTA 770-103 connector makes the AC connection universal.
Thermal performance
CRISTEC chargers deliver full power, even at temperatures of up to +60°C. They can thus be installed in extremely hot environments, such as an engine compartment. The CRISTEC YPOWER 12V/40A is ignition protected according to SAE J1171 and ISO8846 and ideal for the engine compartment.
Easy to install
Quick & reliable electrical connection thanks to the supplied plug connectors. Delivery includes a WAGO WINSTA 770-103 connector for AC connection and a Phoenix Contact connector for DC connection. Detailed operating instructions guide you step by step through the connection process.
Highly versatile
The five-stage charging characteristic charges and maintains lead acid, GEL, AGM and lithium ion phosphate (LiFePO4) safely and efficiently with integrated BMS. Thanks to the electronic fan control, the integrated fan only switches on when the temperature of the charger requires it. The fan is quiet at under 50 dBa (at 1 metre distance).
