RETURN POLICY...
If you wish to return a product, we accept returns within ten (10) days from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
To initiate a return, please submit a return request via email to info@bluefineuae.com and wait for return authorization before sending the item back.
All returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition, and returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the applicable refund will be processed accordingly.
If the returned item is found to be damaged, used, incomplete, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to apply a reasonable deduction from the refund amount to cover repair, cleaning, or repackaging costs.
All shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and any other costs related to the return shipment shall be borne solely by the customer.
Refunds will be issued only through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that items specially ordered or customized for a customer are non-returnable and non-refundable.
